Real estate agent serving the Metro Richmond and Hampton Roads market. Proud graduate of Park University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. The skills I learned on how to run a business got me started in real estate by purchasing rental homes and managing a portfolio to tenants who were mainly building credit or trying to save extra money to eventually purchase a home. I would rehab homes and update them so that prospective tenants could have a great property they could call home. I gained knowledge in home construction throughout the years of rehabbing, while getting involved in commercial construction as well. I decided to tackle real estate full time as a REALTOR with Chris Johnson Real Estate at eXp Realty and have not looked back ever since. Throughout my real estate experience, I have been able to gain a wealth of knowledge from mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals. I work with both home sellers and buyers to achieve one common goal, the best value they can get on their house. Whether you are buying or selling, the journey can be quite a roller coaster ride. My goal is to make sure my clients receive the best service from start to finish, all while building a lasting relationship that goes beyond a home.
